1. Claim or join our GOs only if you are 100% sure of purchasing.
2. We use Normal ETA for every group order unless stated. Join only if you're aware of the waiting period. (4-5 weeks after shipment from our Korea address. 6-8 weeks after shipment from our Japan address.)
3. Dropping out, especially without prior notice, will result in being blacklisted from the shop.
4. Strictly no refunds/cancellations after payment has been made.
5. Full refunds can only be made with the following conditions: item/s are out of stock, group order is cancelled.
6. For fansite merch and mail order items, please know that there might be production delays. So please be patient when joining one!
7. If fansite or artist doesn't ship the items after sending our payment, we won't be able to refund payments so please only join if you can risk to trust the fansite/artist.
8. We will not be liable for shipping delays caused by international and local couriers.
9. Local shipping fee will be paid upon arrival of items in PH. No shipping fee payment = No shipping of items.
10. In the case of missing item/s, an unboxing video is needed as proof.
11. The shop won't be refunding local shipping fees in the case of "Return-To-Seller" parcels.
12. Fill out the proof of payment form after paying! Screenshots sent through Twitter DMs will not be considered.
13. Kindly refrain from spamming our email and DM for updates. We will constantly post on our twitter account (@uptofifth) should there be any.

Please know that buying from mercari, mail orders and fansites has risks and that the shop (@uptofifth) won't be held liable if the sellers turn out to be scammers.PROCEDURE
1. DM us the link of the items you want to be purchased. Number your orders accordingly with quantity of each.
2. Wait for a breakdown of your total.
3. Once you are sure about ordering, pay for the item price + KR/JP sf + service fee. ISF can be paid once the items arrive in our KR/JP add.
4. Fill out the order form that we sent along with your invoice. DM us after.
5. We will process your orders at once and send a purchase confirmation email.
6. Timely updates will be sent to you:
- Arrival at KR/JP add
- In transit to PH
- Arrival at PH address
7. Lastly, settle your packing fee and local shipping fee and fill out the shipping form.
KOREAN ADDRESS LENDING ADDT'L TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please do not share our Korean address in public!
2. As this is a self-checkout service, please be responsible and take note of the release dates of your pre-ordered items.
3. Once status of your orders are out for delivery, send us the tracking number (TN) via DM. No Tracking Number = No confirmation of arrival of items in our KR Add.
4. KAL is also available for items not posted / quoted on twitter. Please inquire regarding the lending fee for each item via DM.

1. Submit a KAL form. Please wait for our KR details and payment details in your email. Check your spam!
2. Note down our KR details. You only need to fill out this form once. We will update if we ever change details.
3. Check out / purchase your items.
4. Settle the lending fee as posted or informed.
5. Fill out the payment form linked in our carrd. GO name - "KAL - item name"
6. Track and take note of your own orders! Once status on site is already out for delivery, or once Tracking Number is available (if yangdo), DM us the Tracking Number.
7. Wait for item arrival confirmation and photos via DM.
8. Be patient. We will be posting on twitter (https://x.com/uptofifth) for important updates regarding your order/s. You can check the masterlist (https://bit.ly/upto5thmasterlist) for easier tracking.
9. Wait for a shipping invoice in your email upon PH arrival.
10. Settle, fill out the shipping form and wait for your items to arrive at your doorstep.
